Attorney Jan Willem van Koeveringe obtained his Dutch law degree from Leiden University in 1986 and subsequently majored in tax law in 1988. In 1990, after military service (legal affairs officer), he began work as a tax adviser with Price Waterhouse (initially in the Hague and later in Rotterdam). In mid-1992, he moved to a national aid consulting firm, where he worked for three years. In May 1995, he began work as a self-employed lawyer, doing projects in various fields including Commercial Law, Contract Law, and Building Law (Arbitration Board for the Building Industry). In May 2000, he joined the firm of Justion, where he became a partner and has continued to work as a legal adviser. Since 2007 Attorney Van Koeveringe has been a partner in the law firm of Justion Advocaten, where he practices in the areas of the law mentioned above.
